Songs of the Cowherd & Melayang Dinner by Isadora Chai

Dear friends,
Following the euphoria of Odissi on High, Sutra presents their three senior dancers – Geethika, Tan Mei Mei and Thrisherna – in a lyrical but intensely erotico-mystical medieval poem, the Gita Govinda – Songs of the Cowherd. The three girls will interpret the various complex moods of Radha-Krishna carnal-divine pastoral love of Jayadeva, which have fascinated us for centuries and have become the inspiration for Odissi dancers. Better still, come also to be aroused by Chef Isadora Chai’s ‘Melayang’ cuisine together with the dance and exhibition of paintings of ‘Pallavi’ by Sivarajah and AV Ilango. Arise, come and be aroused!
Regards
Ramli
