Sivarajah’s exhibition titled ‘Kerana’, is a story- telling journey. A play on the Novelle Coronavirus which wrecked havoc and suffering around the world, ‘Kerana’ – meaning ‘because’ in Bahasa Melayu draws on muses, motivations and circumstances for his latest body of works. Connecting deep memories, myths and symbolism, and working within the confines and limitations imposed by the global lockdown, you could say this exhibition exists ‘because of’ the virus.
The exhibition is for private viewing only, by appointment and held at Sutra House.
