Datuk Ramli Ibrahim is being conferred with the Padma Shri award by the Honourable President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind this evening at Rashtrapati Bhawan, Delhi in the presence of Honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi.
