Dear friends,
The High Commission of India to Malaysia organised two special Yoga classes last weekend as their effort to promote yoga as an integral part of helthy-living awareness in the community. These classes were conducted by Sumitra Shekaran (a trained practitioner of the Iyengar Yoga technique) at Amphi-Sutra and the Yoga House (Petaling Jaya). Each participant were given a yoga mat & a T-shirt, compliments of HCI.
