When we consolidated and began archiving Sutra’s collection of paintings, drawings & photos, we found a treasure trove of stunning works in KamaRia which deserved to be revisited and featured again.
Subsequently, Nirmala Karuppiah curated an attractive collection of works – SUASANA – mostly executed in KamaRia, once upon a time, for your delectation. I hope you will find this exhibition evocative of the mood which had inspired these artists when they were here as resident artists.
