Dear Friends,
The Odissi Parents’ Day yesterday (22/10/23) displayed the talents of a number of upcoming Odissi dancers, who are the next in line. The senior class has invested a lot of effort and hard work. They have shown improvement through their dedication and love for the art form (Odissi).
Artistes grow with more performances. Hopefully, next year the dancers can be given more opportunity to perform. With this opportunity comes the responsibility of learning new and current repertoire and to keep Sutra’s high standard of artistry which is expected of them.
We thank the parents who have understood the challenges and the drive for excellence. They have helped in fostering the perseverance to achieve the perfection in the dancers.
