Sooraj Subramaniam, a Malaysian-born Sutra trained dancer, renews his creative link with us.
He showcases his mastery over the two dance worlds in a compelling program – INTERFACE – that explores the meeting grounds of these seemingly diametrically opposed traditions but in a reality, form a Sooraj Subramaniam – Australian-educated and presently Belgium-based began his dance training at the Sutra Dance Theatre, Malaysia and was trained in Indian classical dance styles of bharatanatyam and odissi, and later classical ballet and contemporary dance techniques. Do not miss this special performance of Malaysia’s most compelling male Indian classical and modern.
