Sutra Foundation was one of the seventy nine NGO-recipients of support at Berjaya Founder’s Day 28 of March,
held at Berjaya Time Square, Kuala Lumpur. Tan Sri Vincent Tan, donated more than Rm 20 million this year to
NGO organisations which have provided public service  in the areas of education, research, health, animal care and other
social welfares. It was also a celebration of Tan Sri Vincent’s sixty-third birthday and it is lovely to see the warm rapport between Datuk Seri Robin Tan with his father. Sutra Foundation’s sponsorship came in the form of a much needed van which will be useful for Sutra’s performances and tours. It is touching to see the various NGOs acknowledged for their dedicated work in their area of expertise for the betterment of the community.  Tan Sri emphasised the need to ‘plant a seed of love’ for a better Malaysia and World.
