Nature, art, music, dance, mathematics, and humans, have a cosmic relationship. Nothing is random in Nature. The whole universe is a flow pattern, recognized by mathematicians as the Fibonacci sequence, where growth sums the previous twovalues in any progression.
This phenomenon can be seen in the expansion of galaxies in the heavens, the storm patterns of hurricanes, the inner structure of nautilus shells, crystals in snowflakes, branches on trees, and veins in leaves. These natural patterns derivethe Golden Ratio of aesthetic perfection too. Mother Nature is amazing.
Eric Peris spots Nature’s eternal artistry in leaves, sprigs, water, sand, and shadows, from his wanderings on foot through streets and open country. His deep Buddhist consciousness guides his vision. KF Choy ascribes his influences to his family advertising business, jungle trekking, and Chinese calligraphy.
Eric discovers abstract patterns of Nature. KF Choy conjures abstracts from image magic. Both interpret Mother Nature’s Art very differently. This show of 8 images each will amuse, intrigue, puzzle, and please viewers and collectors. Don’t expectthe obvious or predictable.
