In 2013, Sutra initiated its first Dance Outreach Program in a Tamil Primary School situated in Ladang Sg Choh, off Rawang in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur.
Hareen Loganathan, then, a chubby 10-year old boy started his first Odissi dance steps. No one would imagine that 10 years later, Hareen would develop and refine his talents to command a solo Odissi recital, performing to the Who’s Who of Chennai, right in the heart of the centre of Indian classical dance.
