The Sutra Academy is a dynamic school of dance that imparts training in traditional, classical and contemporary dance techniques. Some of the nation’s brightest dance talents were trained and nurtured at the Sutra Academy, where they discovered their full artistic potential and became star performers in their own right. Alarippu to Moksha has become a yearly platform to showcase emerging talents from Sutra Academy.

Sutra Courses

Sutra Academy offers classes in Indian classical dance (Bharata Natyam and Odissi), ballet and body conditioning. Classes are structured for both children and adults, and are available in beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. Each year is divided into four 3-month semesters with intake in the month of September/October. Fees are payable per semester. Sutra Academy is now taking in new enrollments for 2013.
